It saddens me to see the images of what once was and what shall never be, only because I must be adult enough to separate the past from the present, and it’s hard to do so if you’re not paying attention.
It’s incredibly difficult if you are. To commit yourself to a person, blindingly. No, I don’t think that’s a good idea.
